BACKGROUND: The St. Pierre Hotel is a hidden gem within the slums of Hathian, that operates as a front to allow criminals a safe haven. Within the St. Pierre, gangs and criminals may conduct business or hide from the law in a safely provided area. The hotel also provides secret services to its patrons to receive contracts from international clients. However, it mainly serves to outsource the ones within the CD itself. Outside of the dark nature of its hidden agendas, patrons and civilians alike are also permitted to openly rent a room and know that their identity, safety and privacy is safeguarded. The St. Pierre hotel is neutral ground, and all gangs are allowed residence, as long as the rules are respected.

What The Hotel Has: Room Renting Services, Protection Services, Criminal Contracts. What the Hotel does not have: Secret Recording Software of Any Kind inside of Private Dwellings. Integrity, OOC & IC is key.

Building Operation: Asian fusion Restaurant, Moonshine Bar, Hotel Rooms & Private Suite, Dungeon Room rental, Meeting room, Back Alley Clinic

IC Rules:
-Combat on hotel grounds is prohibited: Only specific private rooms allow certain types of violence, where patrons are explicitly informed. Rejection of this rule outright might implore the use physical force to remove the offender, or, banishment from the property outright.
-Respect Management & Staff: Anyone found harassing or threatening the workers may be removed and face immediate banishment from hotel grounds. There is a three strike rule enforced depending on the degree of discourtesy, but after 3 strikes, it results to exile.
-Protect the integrity of the St. Pierre: Meaning discussion of the hotels rules and businesses especially to law enforcement is extremely prohibited. Slandering and defacing the name of the Hotel if learned also falls under rejection of this rule. Offenders can and will face punishment in this regard if discovered. (Note: The St. Pierre reserves its rights to seek retribution for all offenders. This often includes open bounty's at managements behest.)

OOC Rules:
-Metagaming under any circumstances is not allowed. All rooms within the hotel are sound proof except for the obvious public areas. Even if you are within chat range, if you are found to be using OOC information discussed between gangs IC, you will not be allowed to use the hotel as a service. This is also relative to the Sims rules as a whole. Be respectful.
-God Modding/Breaking into property - The hotel IC is guarded 24/7 with not only private security but cameras and motion sensors in specifically allotted areas. It is highly unlikely for anyone to break into rooms or offices without someone knowing or fighting back. Just because someone is not 'present' IC does not mean the hotel is not active at all times.

EXPERIENCE: We're hoping to foster some more RP in other parts of the CD that may not have as high as traffic as main. We want to help give RPers a reason to perhaps spread out to the other sims such as Vodou. We want to give them a place of attraction as well as a new area to RP within.
