I think it’s an interesting concept and if it’s the more fancy hotel I saw out on one of the sims, I think it’s a great idea. Hathian might not be where the rich people flock, but some more wealthy criminal types can find Hathian as a good place to lie low, or invest in property at cheap prices for money laundering and such.
