Worth clarifying this, I’ll take it away to ask – because it doesn’t really make sense as a rule anymore if Hathian gangs can operate in Backwaters, but this one can’t in Hathian.

I support Ming to try something new. I saw her effort with Chinatown and while it was sad it didn’t quite get off the ground then as long as she can focus time on recruitment and member management then I think this would be quite nice.

I would like to see an IC Warden who works alongside this either NPC or IC Sheriff (whatever Nadir decides on that). In my view, the Warden should be worst of the worst in terms of prison staff. Supportive, but my only question is if the theme for that sim is darker and the police response is much less etc, how will this proposal support that theme (same question I’ve had on another proposal!). Would just be interested in what you think any difference might be between RP events and so forth here, vs. in Hathian?

Casino build is excellent. Look forward to having this as a unique venue in Hathian Parish. I think it would go very well.

If it’s on the pier and in the ‘darker’ sim, would you see things darker than weed and so forth? Bodies disposed off into the water, etc? Feels written as quite a ‘light’ place so far and just interested in your take on the new sim.

My take:

1) Official businesses / non private plots, e.g. streets in the city: Property Owner and FDH if you need fire response and FDH anyway for at least notification as people might call it in anyway IC out of your control. Admin/Mod as well probably. FDH lead can clarify.
