I think to make OOC party once per time is a great idea.

The reasons are CD is place full of violence and conflicts role play and OOC event can help to meet people, act friendly and relax and support more role play in the future and keep the conflict on IC level.

Or perhaps just discuss plans and find out mutual interests on OOC level.

I thought that in order to become a member of the police force – HPD, your character had to have a criminal history. Or am I wrong? So a murderer or someone who frequently uses violence is a great candidate for a police officer. I would personally dont mind to see someone like that with the police 🙂
