BACKGROUND: The campus football team envisions serving as a rallying point for students and faculty, fostering a sense of community pride and togetherness. Beyond the competitive aspect of the sport, the team aims to create a vibrant campus culture, encouraging students to come together, support their peers, and celebrate the shared spirit of football. Additionally, the team seeks to provide entertainment and a sense of belonging, making the campus experience more enjoyable for everyone involved.

UNIQUE: The uniqueness of the football team lies in its commitment to embody the principles of anarchy both on and off the field. Unlike traditional teams, we embrace a cooperative and inclusive approach, allowing players to actively participate. Our team values individual freedom, self-expression, and creativity, fostering an environment where every member can contribute to the team's identity and success. This unique blend of athletic competition and anarchic philosophy sets us apart, creating a distinctive and engaging experience for both players and fans.

EXP:As a leader on campus, I bring a wealth of experience in community engagement, event organization, and a deep understanding of the campus culture. My background includes successfully managing the Bleu Wag Bistro and hosting a series of classes (Anarchy 101) that resonate with the student body. I am passionate about fostering inclusivity, teamwork, and creating an environment where everyone feels heard and valued. My commitment to promoting diverse perspectives and my hands-on experience in leadership roles positions me as a capable and dedicated individual ready to contribute to the campus community.

FLAWS:

WORK WITH OTHERS:Our football team envisions collaborating with various campus businesses and groups to create a mutually beneficial environment. Successful sports teams often bring a sense of community and excitement, which can positively impact local businesses. Likewise, collaborating with businesses can provide essential support, resources, and sponsorships for the football team, contributing to a thriving and interconnected campus community. We seek partnerships that foster synergy and enhance the overall experience for both our team and the broader campus.

IDEAS:To enhance the RP experience at CU, I'll leverage the football team as a dynamic platform for engagement. Themed game days, like "Anarchy Bowl" or "Revolt Rumble," will infuse an element of fun and competition into campus life, where mixed teams can play. Collaborations with student groups for halftime shows or tailgate parties will create a lively atmosphere. For new members, I'll initiate football-themed welcome events, fostering camaraderie and team spirit. The football team can serve as a unifying force, encouraging students to rally around a shared passion. In addition, I'll organize community-building activities, such as charity matches, allowing students to actively participate in both the team and campus life.
