Starlust Motel

BACKGROUND: [ Currently I am the leader of the Masterbates Motel in Haithian and would be giving that up in order to run the Starlust Motel in Backwaters. ] The Starlust Motel has a lot of potential like Backwaters itself. As a business lead I would like to tap into that potential and use the motel as a seedy hangout for criminals and the lost. While the Motel will be known as a common breeding ground for drugs, violence, and whores; what actually goes on behind those doors is far darker than most could imagine. While having whores and drugs is one thing, being the breeding ground for all things dangerous and dark would be the main goal for the Starlust. The Starlust will maintain a front to ensure the law doesn’t pick up on what’s actually going on behind closed doors, but no knows Want to fulfill your darkest desires, go to the Starlust Motel. If you can pay, then the Starlust Motel can deliver. [OOC] Backwaters is dark and dangerous and the best place to fullfill your Dark-RP. The Starlust provides an opportunity to do just that, Innocents and Victims can sign up to be taken and Predetors can enjoy themselves in any flavor they desire. Everything would be consent based. Role-played out. And changeable to fit the needs of the players. This idea is heavily inspired by the movie Hostel.

UNIQUE: The Starlust won't be centered around just one group of people, but instead it can be treated as a neutral ground for gangs, groups, and people to meet up. While sex is always a draw in, there is more to the motel than meets the eye and the owner is a mystery. Secrets are closely guarded, eyes are always watching, and desires are always met. Anyone who comes to work for the Starlust will be met with welcoming arms, but everyone serves a purpose in the Starlust.

EXPERIENCE:I have run groups all over secondlife, most recently in Arendia as a faction lead, a lead in Fallout, and other various RP sims. I also have ran OOC groups for photography and modeling. As a group leader I know it's important to push RP through the means of encouragement and involvement. I like to give people options, take suggestions, and ensure complete confidence so that all who participate are having fun.

IDEAS:AS a business lead I intend to be in the motel as often as possible to meet new members, but I don't hesitate to reach out OOC as well and or send notices to let them know when I am open for RP. Equally I don't mind creating a discord in order to have open communication beyond SL, the goal is to create a welcoming environment OOC, but a themed environment that fits the RP as well.

OTHER:I would like to do the event I was intending to do at the Masterbates Motel, which is having a Horror Movie Night, people could dress up in the PJ's sit outside to watch a projected movie (IC of course). In the dark any thing can happen, but there will be accompanying music and games. This way the new owner and managers of the Motel can mingle with people from all over CD.
