It’s a great idea. The Cuban/Dominican cigar influence would be great for attracting a Latin presence IC. There really isn’t a spot for Latinos to gather right now. So that could be cool and I’d like to see it implemented somewhere! 🙂

i fully support this proposal! Cross is great to RP (just ask Mal, Cross ;P), and is both a considerate RPer and friendly. the proposal has a lot of great ideas, and an MC club totally makes sense to me for Laveau. Bootlegging and liquor import make total sense for Barracuda’s as well 😀
