The Proposal/Feedback Phase is an important part of faction development and approval, so please read this over and ask questions, express what you like, give suggestions you have, advice on what may or may not work based on your experience, etc. Keep in mind that admins do not necessarily need to be convinced to approve it, as a faction without potential wouldn't even be posted. BACKGROUND: Stefano Romano, eldest son of Riccardo 'Big Dick' Romano was born and bred to take over the family business in Brooklyn, NY. He was groomed to rule, but found himself unable to reconcile his father's ideals with his own from a young age. When Stefano was old enough to reason his own purpose and forge his own path, the headbutting shifted from shouting matches in 'the back room' to full blown fist fights. Eventually, Big Dick gave Stefano a hard ultimatum - fall in line or get the fuck out. Stefano chose the latter, saving face by telling his family he was out finding a side hustle.. which landed him in Hathian through a long series of events and coincidences. After he was shot and stabbed, Stefano's brother Antonio found out and joined him immediately. Giovanni and Bianca Romano showed up shortly after. Eventually, Dominico, Enrico, and Vito found themselves standing with Stefano in solidarity. Enraged and heartbroken, Riccardo 'Big Dick' Romano cut his children off completely, leaving them to fend for themselves in Hathian.

UNIQUE: The Pie Hole Currently owned by Stefano Romano. Right now, it's his legit business but not his dream. Call this an appetizer. La Cassaforte The DREAM, for the eldest Romano. His father Big Dick didn't see the value. Didn't appreciate the ambition. Stefano is hell bent on making this vision come true. The Church Located in Cannery Cove. The Romanos have a certain interest in the church. Not only for religious practice but as a cover up. They plan to hold mass, run pot lucks and charity work all the while certain illegal activities will take place in the background. Gambling The Romanos don't believe in luck, they make it. Call it living life on the edge or being stoopid. This is apart of their daily RP. From life choices and business decisions. Life is an every gamble for the Romanos and they are addicted to that high.

FLAW: They are inexperienced, hot headed and though their strength is their family, it is also their weakness.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: Koga Currently this is the group we've had the most run ins. The pineapple war is far from over. There are inner storylines that if those who hold the cards desire to play then they can. King Street Bones Have only had a few interactions with one of their members. We are interested in exploring that more. When it comes to other gangs, we are open for collaboration and story arch.

EXPERIENCE:Each member in the Romano family have been part of RP groups over 15+ years. They have been in charge of groups before as well as have managed and aided RP communities. As for me, I've spent majority of my time part of a GOR sim. I was Captain and Elder for the village I lived in. I traveled to other sims and created trade routes and relations with other members of other communities. I'm also pretty laid back oocly when it comes to stories. I go with the flow and I believe that when it comes to conflict RP you have to be willing to take loses. It's not all about winning. I enjoy writing and building interesting dynamics with other players.

IDEAS:By roleplay. I know, seems pretty redundant and simple, but our group is open. We are the group you can approach regardless of experience or style of RP.
