Got to disagree here. Response time would always highly depend on location and police presence. IRL, cops often arrive within minutes, especially in urban areas, and especially when called by a fellow officer.

I fully agree though that crowded scenes can become hard to manage, and that time is a factor. But instead of implementing more rules…[Read more]

Just for clarification, so there are no misunderstandings – the Red Light District, or to be exact, Bourbon Street, is not ‘turf’ that can be fought over, it can’t be taken from or by the Harlots. But of course the Red Light District is where Harlots usually work and will watch over each other. Their assigned turf is Waterline.
