I love the idea of a jail yard!  It would provide opportunities for prisoners to mix and mingle, as well as possibly interact with the outside world.  A fresh venue for all kinds of IC mischief.  There seems to be the room for it, too, if some of the existing space were reconfigured a bit.  Great idea!

Being at the tattoo parlor I inadvertently catch a lot of the rp happening at the Midnight Mandarin and you all seem to be having a really great time over there. This faction proposal is solid and very creative and I can’t wait to see what kind of trouble you stir up.
