Is there any talk of building us a jail yard? Somewhere that inmates can be let out into for some exercise? Being able to have interaction with other players would go a long way to increasing rp when sitting in jail. I know, I know...there would have to be rules about what's allowed, but whatever those rules need to be...let's have them! Just let us out of these cells even for just an hour of yard time!

Also, I didn't know if the Laveau prison had a yard for this same type of thing. Or, if HPD coordinates with sending prisoners down there for longer sentences.
