It would definitely be fun to bust the Clam for illegal activities occasionally and involve some HPD raids or something.
It would be good to have rosters outside each cell if that’s possible, and assign people to certain cells.
I believe the invites expire after 24 hours or so.
As a cop, I’m mildly uncomfortable with youth being put in isolation, considering what goes on there. I think that the better option would be to use the cells above Civil Services. But in order to do so, we need more Civil Services staff and maybe more active social workers and such.
So from what I’m reading, my understanding is that the process would start with an arrest by HPD. The person could opt to spend more time at HCF if they choose. I think this gang will bring an intriguing element to CD by the mere fact their loyalty can be bought. And from my interactions with Camden/Poe as a player, they are extremely fair and patient the right traits and attitude for a gang lead, with tones of creativity to add to storylines!
Kahoot is actually a very interesting idea to try to play, though I do believe the number of participants might be limited.

Outside rec time would certainly be fun. If it’s in a skybox, fights between inmates could be fun. Separate male/female areas.
I especially like the idea of making people do community service there as a condition as condition of someone’s release. Are you going to have a particular HPD liaison to run the program?

Ah man! Our times at the HPD have not crossed this visit. Always fun to RP with you, and a bell for when people are away from the station is a good idea to help officers know when someone is available for RP in the cells, or even in the lobby
Maybe conduct it in an open field on one of the other sims? Get some travel and exposure to the other places in CD
My character always needs a good fade on the sides. And maybe in the future if I decide to change things up, it will be fun to RP that out!
