Thanks for all the support and feedback so far! Sorry it took me a few days to add this last line.  My PC totally crashed out. That’s how it goes. Finally got ready to RP and poof! Fixed now!

These are some great ideas! I will incorporate that into the plot. I can definitely see evidence destruction. Hiding it in cars about to be melted down.

NPC charts: It comes up again and again. The reason we don’t compromise on this is because there isn’t a fair way to do it. You can’t NPC your way into the PD and get an arrest credit.
