Sinners Room

BACKGROUND: I would want to focus on running parties on the weekends mostly, during the week we would be open, but the idea is really, this is a spot for the weekends, and the focus would be this. We would have events, and also we would offer services of hosting events at the location of course for a payment. I would make new employees feel included by literally being part of their stories and be a part of mine also personally I like to be a face of a business, and for Paige this might be the best type of business for her, she has owned clubs before and honestly she has been looking for a good place to acquire and really she loves the layout of the place and sees the potential in it. Paige would fit in as management for running the day to day of the club, and being the literal face of the sinners room.

UNIQUE: Honestly its going to be easy really, its one of the only real nightclubs in town, we have bars, but the idea is for people to come in and actually dance, drink, and party hard. We might offer other things to buy from the bar, but this would be further down the line. But the main thing to push about the business is that this is a place to party and meet other people in town, and really just have fun.

EXPERIENCE:I have been a leader in various situations in life and in within roleplay. But the biggest thing I push is for communication OOC, I am a level headed individual and I encourage anyone to come talk to me if they need to for any situation related to roleplay and anything really. I love to talk, so if anybody needed to do such a thing in regards to the business, simply they would just need to reach out. I like to think I am rather laid back, and really I just want to have fun, and spread having this fun across the sim also.

IDEAS:I am extremely inclusive when it comes to roleplay, if I am not approaching people, I encourage others to do the same with me. But from my experience at managing other businesses I like to do a hiring process personally or with other supervisors when the time comes. I take a hands on approach when building businesses or other groups.

OTHER:A massive drug induced rave, I don't have a name for it at the moment, but the idea is to have as many people packed into the business, high out of their minds, and dancing to the music. I would like to hire DJ's at the club if possible, maybe DJ's from the local radio station in time, but the idea is really to make this feel like a actual nightclub. I will take name suggestions for the rave, but for now, the gist of the idea is just to have a massive party.
