I have played with aodhan and jude recently and have known capone for quite sometime. This faction has the potential and the ability to change the landscape of backwaters. I am not active in bw as often as most but I have seen Chong turn a failing business into something that thrived and increased activity on bourbon before. He offers a very different aspect to his rp.
