Gein Burger

BACKGROUND: As a leader I am plan on changing the menu up a bit. The fruits and vegetables that are used in the recipes will come from Ellis' own garden (and anyone else who wants to contribute from their garden)to promote a healthier menu. He will also advertise that he ordered the meat from a special organic farm with no added antibiotics or GMO's. Ellis would actually be getting his meat from a dodgy place that uses experimental ingredients to make the meat more addicting to bring in more business. Gein Burger would also be apart of Ellis' money laundering scheme. It will, of course, be coincided with the business he owns, Bottoms Up. In order to better bounce around the dirty money (especially in a town like Hathian where it is difficult to make any profits) he's going to balance the profits between the two in order to make his profits seem more legit. This would also require accountants that are willing to help with the number crunching. The money embezzled will have to do with the manufacturing and selling of Meth. This means that Ellis will need employees who are willing to also sell his drugs on the sly. I think that these new sort of roles will offer some new twists and turns rather than just flipping burgers at Gein. Ellis will have staff meetings and money drop offs and other sort of new interactions that would be all inclusive to those who are interested. As for events, Ellis would have eating contests, sales, specials, and events geared for the general crowd, including kids! This would tie into the whole healthier lifestyle front that Ellis will be leading, inspired by his over 200 lb weight loss. Ellis has always been a laid back type manager who thinks first and foremost about his employees. He also is open-minded and all inclusive of differing people involved in his business!

UNIQUE: My business will stand out because of the differing roleplay that can stem from the different dynamics of the business. It will also bring back some more of the drug aspect involved in a business and incorporate it with a money laundering scheme. It can develop and grow in many different directions.

EXPERIENCE: I've been at crack den for six years and I have been the lead of the store Bottoms Up for three of them. I have experience managing a business and dealing with issues as a seasoned leader.. I also have been a member of security for a few years as well so I have dealt with those type of conflicts as well.

IDEAS: I plan on advertising in the paper as well as make sure to get the word out about the other more shady dealings. I am open to roleplaying with new people and I know that sometimes one of the best ways to get to know the community as a new person is to get involved in something. I think that I could provide new people many opportunities to get engaged!

OTHER: I would have a grand-reopening advertising the new and FRESH vegetables and fruit that come from the garden as well as the NEW and "healthier" recipe for the burgers. The event itself would have a tasting booth and a burger eating contest and a kiddie pool for the kids to swim in! It would promote the new menu as well as get the business back on the map!
