I was wondering if there are any plans in place for the prison at the North of Laveau?
I think it would be rather interesting to have prison sentences where people would be staying there for months, rather than just a handful of days at the HPD brig.

NOW, I know I know, "it's just RP who'd wanna stay months in prison with their character" well, that is exactly the point, prison time is used as a deterrence for bad behavior and right now there is little deterrence for characters in CD to do the craziest stuff imaginable and still walk around pretty.
Plus imagine the RP opportunities with prison life, and visitors.
I know the old mental asylum didn't saw much RP but I always wondered if people were avoiding it on purpose because it was a mental asylum, not to mention the HGH has facilities for that too that were seeing more action at the time.

So are we ever gonna see so long time incarceration in CD?
