I’ve known Grace for years and have had some very in-depth, amazingly engaging rp with her. She has always been a creative person and levelheaded. I think she would be a good candidate to run a business and bring some needed flavor and attention to it to an otherwise overlooked area.
You gain “chapters” simply by RPing on sim – interact with people, spend time at your workplace, get into contact with the cops as witness, suspect or victim, RP a hospital stay etc. Posts on the forum or renting a home will add to it, too.
There is no reason for any heated arguments here, nor for accusations of metagaming etc. The question about how to attract outsiders was valid, because it s a requirement for official businesses to be open for everyone.
