This is a great proposal. Using Rusty Browns as a front for selling illicit drugs will add some excitement to the block. Looking forward to seeing what you cook up.

Being at the tattoo parlor I inadvertently catch a lot of the rp happening at the Midnight Mandarin and you all seem to be having a really great time over there. This faction proposal is solid and very creative and I can’t wait to see what kind of trouble you stir up.
