 aven-breensaidWith the new Mandatory Jail time on the Hathian Penal Code, be aware of the following: @HPC wrote: Mandatory Incarceration Periods will not stack, the defendant will serve the mandatory period of the most serious offense if multiple offenses are committed. I know that I, personally, missed this in the first paragraph on the Hathian Penal Code Guide page and had it pointed out to me. So be careful when writing up your reports. I already had to go back and adjust one of mine to reflect this. |
