Recently been shipped to this place and wards of the state things are changing for Eliza and her brother. But the question is for better or for worse? After giving up on most adults and anything related to social services a crazy man with many titles came out of the woodwork and was insistent on getting the two Evans kids on the right track, going far out of his way to make sure they are.
