With Hendrich and most of the other officers of the HPD out of the hospital after Monday's bombing of the station, they all have one thing on their minds... Revenge. The notorious Captain Andel has thought of a few sinister ways of getting such revenge for the bombing of the station and the injuries and deaths of his officers. Some of these ideas are:

-The obvious physical beat down
-Arrest and torture of people of officers' choosing
-Firebombing of store fronts and homes
-Shooting of mentioned store fronts and homes
-Executions(should characters allow it)
-And just about anything that good ol' Captain Andel and his officers can think of!

And who would be the subject of such sinister behavior? Everyone in the city! Why? Because the good Captain feels that the city is responsible for the vicious bombing of the police station.
