I've been here before - quite a while ago.  So now coming back and restarting.

Katie had a rough childhood.  Her father is an alcoholic and her mother has a cocaine addiction. She had to scrape for everything and a lot of the stuff she has was stolen over time. Her mom helped her as much as she could until child protection took her away. Spending time in the public system hardened her a little and she ran away, got into drugs a little and ended up here in the city.

She does like to have fun and parties a little too much. Sometimes not completely being in control especially when wine, tequila, or rum is around. Also shes looking to make a little money pretty much any way she can, legal or not.

She's OCD and frequently misses obvious stuff appearing a little scatterbrained and random at times..

Often talks in run on sentences that bounce around between subjects almost as if shes had the conversation already in her head.  She knows what shes talking about and thinks everyone else should be able to keep up too.
