BACKGROUND: …:::Splice:::… (Weird is Beautiful) Introduction: Fashion, modeling, runway, photography, and magazine; Splice centers around a new kind of beautiful that doesn’t require someone to be seemingly perfect or unmarked by the world. We want the world to discover us and know what true beauty is, because the truth is behind the eyes and marked in the skin. About Us: There is a little weird in all of us…. Our goal is to open the eyes of the world; it doesn’t matter if someone is marked with the ‘weird factor’, because that’s what Splice is, the weird factor! Regardless of body type, markings, scars, background, and other forms of weird! We want to you! Splice wants to open its doors to those considered different, weird, strange, ugly, broken, and more. We want staff that is perfect for their imperfections. Seeking: Individuals, regardless of background or experience are ready to put themselves forward and show the world what their made up. Models who are looking for a place to show their skills and their bodies for what they are, and so much more! What We Want: To provide a new concept to fashion, runway, and our magazine! Open Positions: - CEO Assistant - Photographer(s) - Receptionist(s) - Designers (Only in Character) - Talent Recruiter - Makeup Artist - Hairdresser(s) - Models - Magazine Editor (OOC) Splice is hoping to open new doors for those who Roleplay things like modeling, photography, and so forth. We want to provide something different and unique to roleplay that can be roleplayed out and provide new and interesting story lines for individuals. We also want to open a magazine that will center around fashion, tips, tricks, and other interesting factors that apply to Crackden. Our focus will be to provide more realistic roleplay to those that want to do modeling or have modeling in their background, including other positions that will provide a stable roleplay environment. Currently the roleplay will start in a home garage and then work its way into the streets with shows and other connections to other businesses that might want our services! People in Crackden have many different styles and we want to use those styles in roleplay! We’re hoping to provide something more than just a job, but a way of living (IC). In the long run we hope to become well known and have the people that work for us to become so as well! Keeping it Weird is Beautiful!

EXPERIENCE: I am hoping to provide some roleplay to other people and expand through the city to open up story arcs and other interest! Not only would it be fun, but it would be rewarding to have a business in CD and contribute to the community.
