It pains me that I even have to address this issue, but as of late, I've gotten several complaints about people harassing others in IM, OOC'ly.

I feel like a kindergarten teacher at the moment, but if some people are going to act that way, then they'll get treated that way.

New rules for OOC harassment:

If you are harassed OOC'ly by someone, you must submit a FULL log of the ENTIRE conversation to BeBe.

If you are accused of OOC harassment, a full and complete log has been submitted to me and I find it to be true:

1st offense: A warning.

2nd offense: 72 hour time out, warning.

3rd offense: You're banned.

Of course you will get the chance to explain your case to me, if you are accused.

If I find that someone is lying about someone harassing them, it's an automatic ban.

I'm cracking down on the OOC non sense. If you can't come to Crack Den and act mature, follow the rules, and have a good time with the rest of us, you're gone. You can go cause trouble elsewhere.
