Berthier Street Bakery

TYPE: Official Business

SLURL: Hathian Sim, Battle Street

BACKGROUND: I hope to host regular events, things like eating contests, Open mic night for people who would want to tell jokes or sing. As for employees, I would ask them for suggestions on rp/events they would like to see in the shop. I would also come in and rp with them. I believe that I would make a great manager because I will be on the sim daily especially on weekends.

UNIQUE: I would try to have at least one event every two weeks. If no one is at the shop then I would be present as I have seen that a lot of the shops do not have active roleplayers. If an employee is present then I would be going out and greeting new people, telling them about the bakery, offering them jobs.

EXPERIENCE: I have been an EMS dispatcher for a community in Second Life. I have also managed a restaurant many years ago in Second Life. I worked for an auction house setting up displays and adding accounts to the auction website. I've also managed a team of twenty outside of Second Life. I have over twenty years of work experience.

IDEAS: I plan on going out and greeting people to tell them about the bakery. If there was an event coming up, I would rp passing out fliers, or passing out samples of baked goods.

OTHER: If the sim steam was available I would hire a DJ for a block party event. If not I would decorate the outside of the store and inside for a grand reopening. Perhaps contact the PD, FD, and the gang factions to create a turf war scene over the fact that there is a new owner.
