BACKGROUND: I'd like to make the brothel a full on den of vice and decadence. Whatever it is you're looking for be is sex, drugs or alcohol, you can probably find it here. This would mean near constant interactions with the gangs and other criminal elements to supply drugs and 'talent'. My character is very business forward and would look to run numerous events like auctions, amateur nights, theme nights and launches for new 'products'. New employees would be encouraged to start out in front of house and get a taste for the RP before transitioning into the less legal back room elements.

UNIQUE: backwaters has a darker overall theme, I'd like to lean into that with more emphasis on human trafficking and use of hard drugs both as a commodity and a means to control staff. I'd also like to lean into the element of competition between backwaters businesses and their Hathian counterparts, this could drive a lot of fighting IC (friendly ooc!) through one up-manship or sabotage.

EXPERIENCE:I've been involved in running businesses around Hathian before, I've played sex workers here for several years both in and out of Gangs. I'm familiar with setting up and managing discord groups for added contact and coordination.

IDEAS:I'd plan to set up a discord where relevant information can be posted on both IC and OOC as well as engaging new staff in direct RP/Training, my character teacher dance and would be proactive in helping any new talent to learn the ropes as this helps drive business.

OTHER:I would do a delayed grand re-opening to give some time to hire staff. In the meantime I would host some smaller scale open hiring/demonstration events to help with that initial recruitment.
