BW Starlust Motel

BACKGROUND: The direction I would take the business towards? Sex, Sex sells. So do Drugs, from Casual party drugs to the more hardcore life-ruining narcotics. The motel will be used for prostitution and the distribution of Class A drugs. Regular events could co-op other Backwater-operated businesses, an example would be a BBQ event on the parking lot hosted by Jimmy's or another restaurant. I'd welcome potential and future employees as family and friends, we'd earn money together and look out for each other. My character Mu-Jin would fit the role of manager hilariously poorly IC'ly, he'd have terrible paperwork skills, but make up for it in old traditional mob values and ideals. He'd look after his working girls and other staff like family.

UNIQUE: The Idea of a drug and prostitution ring running out the back of a motel isn't a new or unique idea, the way Starlust Motel would aim to stand out is in the execution of said ideas. In the business relations cultivated around blackwater and the tailored individual experience each customer receives.

EXPERIENCE:I've worked in hospitality for a short period in real life, I've been RP'ing since 2013 and am eager for my character to adapt 'hilariously poorly' to the new role. I'd also not be tackling this business alone, I'd have the help and support of some good friends along the way.

IDEAS:Individual One-on-one scenes are my favorite, but once the cast expands group RP's that build story will help Starlust Motel just by proximity to the scenes taking place. But for specifics, we could encourage new clients with special offers broadcast in the RP group chat, we could offer IC flyers out to 'discreet' services and products, and word-of-mouth will help grow the business besides that.

OTHER:A ribbon-cutting ceremony seems apt, A social gathering of some sort would also work well, such as a BBQ or picnic spread. We could hire a DJ and have the opening ceremony with some music and dancing till the early mornings.
