Some announcements before I begin with the usual.

• Let me announce, again, the new gang system. It can be read about in the faction proposal thread (under group proposals). Smaller groups will now find it easier to gain their footing and grow in CD. The rest of the community can now rest a little easier that not every brand new player will be allowed to jump right into a gang before they have learned the dynamics of the sim. Those were the two biggest complaints we have had over the years.
• Leaders need to make sure they read everything thoroughly - ignorance of certain aspects will be forgiven, but it will not let you slide if it means moving up/moving back a stage.
• I still need the Black Sands leader to contact Espi or me to get set up.
• Once you are set up, and any roster errors have been fixed, the person you want to talk to about the future of your gang is Stu Canning.
• Since we strongly suggest that leaders and/or factions members buy land for hideaways and places to take their victims to; all current and future members that use their land for faction use will be given an overall discount of 20%. If you are already renting, just leave me an offline and LM to the land used for the faction and the discount will be applied.
