Ok not quite free but there's a shop called Imani they see womens clothes and each outfit is like 5L$ each. And are very good quality.

Also there is an EXCELLENT shop called Phoenix Rising. Now they are usually REALLY expensive but for whatever reason are closing down so have reduce every item of clothing down to 100L$
