I put a hotel up in Black Bottom next to the HABiTat. As we talk about upping populations in different areas of the Sim I thought it might be nice to have a place to shack up for a roleplay.

It also has a hot tub and a party deck on top.

its open use, I am not charging for anything. There is a donation box if you'd like to donate. All the beds and couches have multi-menu poses, the bed sheets even change colors for the OCD among us. Also, feel free to use the office for any play, thats a quality desk in there.
