Kerebos (Vicious Sparrow's gang)
A warrior society organization created by Vic Sparrow to counter the reemergence of various violent gangs as well as to be a civillian watchdog group against any questionable and corrupt actions of the Hathian Police Department. We are presently besieged at all corners. We are a vigilante gang.

Goals:
* Counter the new outside gangs that seem to be flowing into Hathian, as they are an unknown element.

* Maintain a controllable sense of security and counteract the flow of violence through diplomacy or violence as necessary.

* Keep the police department honest as well as thinning their ranks of corruption. Kerebos will not shy from using lethal force to defend themeselves from the police, but will not actively attack them with no reason.

*Kerebos is a warrior society, and as such, will maintain the training in all aspects of urban warfare. This is carried over from the former days of Vic's Vicious Saints.

*Keep in check the other gangs, and provide a way to broker alliances/peace with other like minded gangs.

*Instilling a civic responsiblity and pride with the community of Hathian.

This is the foundation in which Vicious will leave his legacy in Hathian.
