So, considering that I've been really itching to try and get my own IC business up and going with Theodore at the helm, the only real setback is the fact that there doesn't seem to be any available land on the actual rental page, and I'm not sure when any will be up. I'm wondering if there was anyone with a small/medium sized plot that either doesn't use it, or something else. Can be negotiated with and all that good stuff.
