I currently have a large plot in Blackbottom, on the water. And there's space to drop a house! Looking for someone wanting to rent approx 300 prims worth of space and ICly be a new neighbor kind of thing. Looking at 1000L a week. Alot of possibilities and willing to discuss changes as well. If you'd like to look at the space, it's the SW corner of BB, on the sim corner behind the college. There's currently an occupied boathouse on the water (mine!)
