Story:
Joe was born in a small town, somewhere buried in New Hampshire, on June 14th, 1987. At a very young age of two years old, his mother left the family, to accomplish personal goals. Being raised by his father, he had one brother, born almost on the same day a year later. Joe grew up an accomplished kid, something that you don’t see very often out of an ol’ town, he was very interested in both education and athletics, and succeeded in everything that he ever tried. A three sport athlete and an honor-roll student, he planned on moving away as soon as life would let him, finally arriving at the age of seventeen he took that step.

Through the years of playing sports he had been given several great opportunities in them, but decided he didn’t want to waste his time going to college. Not that college was really a waste of time, but many argue that a professional ball player, is it really needed? It took him only a few weeks after graduating to figure out what he was going to do in life, as he traveled out to San Francisco, trying to get a break into professional baseball. It was a success, no one walks onto a ball field and gets on a major league team however, so that meant he would have to struggle in the dirty-rotten minor leagues. About twenty miles outside of Hathian he found his home, being sent there on a Triple-A assignment.

There were a few things that haunted Joe in life, one would be alcohol and the other cocaine. However, back home he had gotten away with mostly everything, no one really cared, he was a good kid and a well respected part of society. But, he would find out that it wasn’t the case here. A few weeks after joining the team, Joe had a little too much fun one night. Coming in after hours, high on cocaine he was confronted by team officials, they later found cocaine in his pockets, then after searching his room, they found plenty more. It was simple enough, Joe was kicked off the team and forced to attend rehab… it was as simple as a few weeks in rehab to give him another chance to go at his career, but he declined and decided that it really wasn’t worth it.

So stuck right outside of Hathian, over the time he had been away from home, he never really communicated with anyone, feeling he really had no right to go crawling back there, so he sucked it up and figured he’d find a way to get on his feet… now that seems like it was years ago. Joe has recently lost his apartment and decided to move into the city. He has no place to go, barely knows any one, so he normally finds and abandoned building or the woods for shelter. Tired, sick, beaten, depressed, homeless, and many more words could be used in the description to Joe’s current life, but he figures that a place with activity like Hathian might be just the thing he needs… a way to make an income and manage to survive, day by day.

Description:
Joe is described as an attractive male, at the age of twenty-two he looks a little bit older then the average college kid. Joe keeps in shape, working out on a consistent basis, he has medium length black hair that rests the way the wind blows it, his teeth are pearly white, his eyes blue, above the average height at about six foot five. Joe has four piercings, one in his left ear, one on his right eyebrow, and two in his chin. Joe is also tattooed, it covers a lot of his top half. Joe normally dresses in a pair of dirty and/or ripped jeans, and a tank top or t-shirt, a pair of black work boots a bit dirty, boxers, and sunglasses.

Joe is said to have a rather relaxed personality. He doesn’t let much bother him and is understanding towards other people and their feelings. Joe likes to have fun, make jokes, and have the people around him laughing for hours. In a normal situation, Joe will defend the weak and defenseless rather then sit around and do nothing. But, Joe has an angry side, he doesn’t like people bullying others, talking behind peoples back, people getting too close to the ones he’s over-protective of, and anyone that comes into another persons property and disrespect it. There’s also the bad side of Joe, not exactly the angry, but when it comes to getting ahead in life, there isn’t anyone or anything that can stop him from trying. Joe has no problem becoming violent if anyone tries to stop him from “taking what’s his.” It could be money, property, women, or almost anything that he has set his mind on having.

Closing:
Joe has regretted many choices he’s made in life and now hopes to turn everything around. He moved to Hathian with the goal of making enough money to make it out of the city, and work his life back out straight. Joe would love nothing more then to resume his baseball career, it has already been on hold for the last four years of his life. Joe came to the city not looking for a girlfriend, family, or friends, he came to get out of this shit hole. Even though, in order to get anywhere you have to meet some people, but he doesn’t plan on letting anything in this city stop him from his dreams.
