I've heard that Hitoki is getting revamped and that once someone from CD goes there they aren't returning. I would like to know more information on this. Especially since I was going to send an alt there. But if I can't return to CD I won't. I have a feeling a lot of people would feel the same way. So I'm kind of puzzled as to why, if this is true, this particular change would be implemented. I like how Hitoki intertwines with CD and was looking forward to getting involved but I am not willing to leave CD for it.
