So, there has been a lot of this talk lately and first i want to make sure that there have not been any gangs trying to make businesses their turf. Have any been hanging around on excessively, infiltrating it to the point where it is known and that others can not come by? Are there any businesses that are ICly known as a gang hotspot (based off of RP after the rebuild not past knowledge).

Now to delve into the big issue and the rules that have been in place. Gangs are to not use businesses as their turf and businesses are not to be under gang influence. I think this needs to be expanded on. Haven't heard any complaints against gangs about this issue, but I've heard of the unfairness and I can see both sides. There is now little incentive to be a gang since they can not act as a regular criminal which means attacking business managers outside their business or raiding a store every now and then without fear of being reprimanded. Here is my take:

- As long as it is occasional and no one business is a constant target for a gang it is fine.
- Any influence that a gang has on a manager or worker needs to be SUBTLE and not outwardly known. It also can NOT effect the business as far as the traffic and kinds of people that go there. In the end, ALL should feel they can walk into a business without fear of gang attack... it's a business and they need to make money; wouldn't make sense for them to scare off customers.
- Storylines can be made, spies put in place. I do not want to stomp on the creativity, but whatever story is spun must be short lived and any interactions need to be away from the business (exchanges, extortion talk, etc)

Basically, there is a lot of gray area and as it has been said its a fine line to walk, but it is something that also can be easily corrected if that line is starting to be crossed. Please, post any suggestions on how better to clear up these rules or questions regarding them as well as issues you may have experienced regarding gangs and businesses.
