Hi! I'm Gabby. I'm fairly new to CD. I've been lurking around for a little while, mostly observing and getting my feet wet with a little RP. I'd like to get more involved now. I hope I can contribute.

Here is my story-

Gabby is a just-legal teen trying to make it on her own. She was psychologically abused by her mother and sexually abused by her father who took advantage of Gabby's adversarial relationship with her mother. Gabby became increasingly depressed and distant, embracing emo music, poetry, and fashion. Overwhelmed by the world around her, she started cutting herself to feel something... anything... as she became more and more depressed and emotionally detached. After several episodes of running away and being returned to her parents. and a short but traumatic stint in an adolescent rehab facility, she finally left for good on her 18th birthday.She arrived at Hathian hoping to find happiness and a new life. Old habits die hard, though, and physically & emotionally immature for her age, she isn't prepared for what awaits her in the outside world...
