There was a girl outside Lou's Bar that caught his attention. She was standing with a tattooed companion, but Enzo couldn't get a good look at him from where he sat and observed. She, however, had the freshness of youth about her, and that was what drew him. He often wondered if people aged prematurely in a city like this - whether the dirt and grime, and the scorn of society cut into their flesh early... At any rate she seemed new, and that was lovely. The thousand yard stare had not yet developed, but as he drew her, it became his prophecy.
