Eclipse Designs is a great clothing store, aimed towards the roleplaying market in various genres (fantasy/urban/scifi/punk). Most of their stuff (though superb and do check out the boots especially) is of course not free but they have an excellent section at the back of the store with free jeans, t shirts, and male and female clothes.
