There is a new cluster of row housing available across the street from the VGS Warehouse and Apartment Complex.

The homes are spacious and simple two room track houses. $575 a week for 80 prims.

There are apartments available at the moment (they generally stay full): $275 a week for 45 prims.

One loft apartment is open for $500 a week for 80 prims.
