Delilah was a lawyer. She was not a lawyer because she wanted to help people but because she had come from a good family and it had been her parents wish for her to get what they considered as a good job. She passed all her exams with the best possible grades and with 24 she was the most corrupt and one of youngest french lawyers in New York. Of course she had many enemies and many friends. A client who's case she had recently manipulated and who was to spend the rest of his life behind jail had powerful contacts with the mafia and asked a "friend" to kill Delilah. He failed and she had to flee from home leaving everything behind her. She arrived in Hathian, penyless, her only belongings being her clothes and a faked ID card on which was written that she was called Cindy Horowitz. Today she tries to survive and start a new life.
