Claus Vlodovic is a recent hospitality management graduate with a slight penchant for high stakes gambling and the life it brings. He comes from a middle class family, learning to work for everything he gets. His hope is to become the head of an empire one day, whether it be one he creates or one he overtakes, using any means necessary.

He has business plans for restaurants, but no financial means necessary to carry them out. Figuring that places would be cheaper and people more desperate for money in a post Katrina town, he sets out to exploit and run rackets to get money to hopefully one day open a legit business.
