Celia was born and raised in South Boston. She is what is commonly referred to as a "Southie", a girl from the neighBAHhood. She is loud, obnoxious and quick tempered. She has learned to stand on her own two feet, being one of the few black girls in an almost all Irish neighborhood. After getting into a bit of trouble with a couple of gang bangers in Jamaica Plains, she figure it would be best to high tail it out of Boston for a bit. Her cousin (NPC at this moment) has a house in the Bayou where she's been crashing on the sofa, and she's got herself a job at the Gein. She ain't exactly living the high life, but least she's got a bed for now.
