The Proposal/Feedback Phase is an important part of faction development and approval, so please read this over and ask questions, express what you like, give suggestions you have, advice on what may or may not work based on your experience, etc. Keep in mind that admins do not necessarily need to be convinced to approve it, as a faction without potential wouldn't even be posted. Feedback means both support and giving what you see could help shape their faction story and place in the community!

MEMBERS: Wilbur Fitzgerald , Robb217 Resident

BACKGROUND: HISTORY: Wilbur had never been one to join a gang. He never wanted to be under another's control again in his life which ironically he was always controlled by his drug addiction, driven by it really. Working the streets and hustling everyday to make enough money to buy the drugs he needed was a lifestyle of dedication. There truly is not anything he won't do to find that sweet release and thus started his career as a mercenary Junkie. He’d take jobs from various people and gangs to carry out hits or odd jobs and when he wasn’t doing that he was panhandling, running scams, begging to downright robbing. This was about survival. After three lonely years on the streets alone his brother, by a whole other family, came to join him. Shortly after they picked up a stray homeless woman and opportunity was born. He would never have to be under someone else's control if he was within it. This wasn’t for the glamour drug users who could hold down a job and personal life; this was the trash of the city that he was seeking to wrangle. In a group they were protected to run their hustles. Offering services others wouldn’t wish to take and no one else would do. They are neutral unless pushed otherwise. TRADE: We would trade in services. Hired to do hits on people; i.e. stabbings, burglary, robbery, shootings, rape etc.. This is an endless possibility. We are a neutral gang that serves all other gangs as well as the average citizen. We’d even show up at your birthday party to dance! They take payment in money, drugs, favors, items… It is a barter system. UNIQUE: They fund themselves by offering services as well as panhandling, scams robberies etc. The stories can be expected to be chaotic and unpredictable. Things may not go as planned as people are dealing with Junkies and the degenerates of homeless nature. We have a motto, ‘It’s business not personal.’

FLAW: They are drug addicts or have an addiction that is their primary goal to quench. Some have a mental illness, etc… in regards to personal character flaws. The biggest flaw of the group, however, is their chaos and lack of actual planning. They tend to do things on the fly or when opportunity strikes. There is no method to their madness and with that comes great uncertainty.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: We honestly hope to involve everyone or as many people and businesses that we can. There is no restriction on who we can or would take jobs from. If the Gein wants to hire us to have someone violently masturbate outside the pie hole we’ll do it so people wont eat there! It’s an old saying but honestly ones imagination is the limit on what we hope to bring to Hathian. The big dream right now for the group is to save enough money to buy some land and start a junkyard…a shanty town of sorts.

EXPERIENCE:The hardest part, me. I like to believe that I have an enjoyment to see storylines progress. Not all RP I have been involved in has always continued and some may have even found a natural end but I like to think I have a somewhat decent ability to keep roleplay flowing. I have in other sims done lead roles or just found myself in them lol .. I enjoy bringing attention to detail and making sure enjoyment is being had through roleplay even through the tough times. My character may be a complete asshole but I’m very approachable OOC!

IDEAS:We put a strong emphasis on approaching people for RP. We are in the game of hustling and in order to hustle you need to approach people. If we see someone standing around we will seek them out as well as new faces. Sometimes we might stand around with a sign but there is that welcome to approach with the panhandling aspect. We love new players because they don’t know we are awful people IC …. yet!
