TYPE: Dispensary

BACKGROUND: Eugene has moved to Backwaters from Hathian, following his girlfriend to the bayou. However, his connection with the Green House Dispensary is easily his greatest asset. Connections to foster bringing RP from Hathian to Laveau is what I would really hope to do. I feel like having some talent nights to show off the wonderful stage of the building could be fun, engaging in business deals with the other businesses and gangs could bring excitement, and having a general welcoming attitude towards newcomers. Eugene also has connections to the character running Rusty Browns Donuts, and could easy foster some RP between the two businesses being a supplier of weed. Eugene has always been an awkward, but social, dude who is always happy to share and ear alongside a good joint. I'd hope to make employees feel wanted and special by going out of my way to foster RP with them.

 

UNIQUE: I want to make the business stand out by being the place people come to chill and vibe. A place where a smoke is a welcome invite for a good time. The stoners paradise will be more a place of gossip and drugs over violent crimes. At least, that's what I would like it to be.

 

EXPERIENCE: Eugene was a manager of the Clam Convenience in Hathian for a while, and hosted quite a few events. I definitely enjoyed dressing up, and planning things. Now that discord is more well established, I feel even more confident about planning things out and having it be able to be seen. I've been on sim for 11 years on and off, and have seen many qualities that I like and don't like in a shop lead. I'm very active, and feel like my character has a tendency to draw people in with his laid back nature.

 

IDEAS: I would really like to engage in IC interviews and training to those who would like that. I want to make sure I know as many people as possible by name who work at the business. Eugene will offer out a joint to just about anyone, so I think just being open to approaching people IC and OOC. I'm more then happy to explain anything to new players IC or OOCly.

 

OTHER: I would easily host some sort of smoking party. Maybe along the lines of music, food, and chill vibes. Something to celebrate an opening of a new business, and new chapter in Eugene's life filled with a bit more responsibility. I might know someone I could ask to DJ!
