Flamingos

BACKGROUND: How Ava fits in: Ava has been part of the BDSM community for a while. She is also Pansexual and she is very likable. Which you kinda need to be to run a Bar/Club. She’s a very accepting individual of people from all walks of life. She hasn’t run a business before but she is a fast learner and she’s tenacious. She knows what she wants and she goes for it.

 

UNIQUE: With Flamingos having the dungeon downstairs, it's a great place for Privacy. Should deals need to be struck. However my main focus is to have a bar that caters to LGBTQIA+ community as well as the BDSM Community. To have a place that people can feeI safe in, whether they are brand new to the communities or have been in them for many years. am very passionate about both communities as I am part of both. I have many ideas that I can bring to the table for the Club. I went over a lot of them with Mason who had Flamingos previously.

 

EXPERIENCE: As far as experience goes, I don’t have experience as a Manager, however I do know what I want for Flamingos. I am a natural leader and I have had lead rules in other rps. I understand that you need to be able to coordinate and I understand you need to be able to communicate. I may not have the experience of some, but I can guarantee I’ll lift Flamingos up. As far as personal experience, I have been part of the BDSM community for over 10 years.

 

IDEAS: I’m pretty regularly active on Sim and I reach out to all kinds of people to rp with them. Some of my ideas or events that I could provide running Flamingos is a weekly course on BDSM. Allow people who are interested in the community, but brand new to it to have a safe place to come and chat. Discussions about consent and why its important even in a Sim like Backwaters. I could provide OOC as well as IC events. Could have Brat races, specific nights for specific kinks such as Puppy Play Nights or Kitten Play Nights. Could have different classes, one example is Shibari classes. The stuff people learn IC they could even take to the rl to make sure they are safe while they experience this community. I have so much more as well, but these are just a few.

 

OTHER: I’d like to do a Grand Re-opening. Collaborations with Rusty’s and Darlings. Maybe even the Diners. As well as other businesses if they are willing such as Barracudas. I think that I can elevate Flamingos as I can see so much potential with the establishment. It'd be all about having a good time and enjoying each other.
