Barracudas Bar

BACKGROUND: Barracuda's already a staple in the community thanks to the amazing management it's already had but that doesn't mean that there isn't still room to grow and to thrive in a way that can both take it into new heights while still remembering its colorful and wonderful past. There are already ties to other businesses that are there waiting and ready to be delved even deeper into but there are others that have yet to be established and I'm interested in creating those connections. My dream is to see Barra's become the hub of creative writers its meant to be with fun nights through the week (watch parties, trivia nights, themed nights and even male reviews!) and events planned through the months (block parties, holiday themed events, special occasions and more!) that will draw the interests of all types and also involve those other businesses and the Sim at large. I'm also excited to see and hire a colorful staff that is eager to be just as important of a draw to the crowd as the food and drinks are.

 

UNIQUE: I would like to expand more on the shadier aspect of the docks and the shipments that can come in and out and the illegal activities that can come from their usage when the rest of Port Laveau is sleeping. With the other docks so close to the sheriffs station and under their watchful eye, I feel like Barracuda's would be an ideal spot for those not wanting to risk the danger. There are a few businesses that haven't been approached since their openings and I'd like to establish setting up the use of the docks to incorporate their usage of them as well. I'd like to expand on the staff interaction even more so than what has already been established as well. With not just communication between staff through monthly meetings but also trying to create some fun evenings for the staff and friends to get together out on the town to bring that fun atmosphere and numbers to other businesses as well. Inclusivity is the name of the game, not just with the community and the customers but with each other as well. I want to establish a feeling of family amongst ourselves.

 

EXPERIENCE: I've been working as manager for Kit(Helena) for several months now and during that time I've had the blessing of watching her as she set up for events in the past, getting to learn first hand not only the fun that can be had when it comes to planning and managing, but also the hardships and trials that comes from it. I have a wonderful support system not just from her and my other friends who are leads, but also from the faction I am in as well. Through all these things and more I've been able to not only further my own characters story but also got the chance to be able to see other peoples stories flourish and grow as well and that to me is one of the most important things that Barracuda's has always and will always be able to offer.

 

IDEAS: I would love to host different themed nights throughout the week, perhaps starting off with just one or two but I'd eventually love to have something going every night no matter how small with a dedicated staff excited to spend the evening hamming it up in whatever theme it might be. From their outfits to their emotes. Karaoke is something I feel like would be fun but also trivia nights, watch parties of popular shows, perhaps we can stream together? There's also things like Paint-and-sips during the daylight hours to help bring some feet coming through the doors. And that's not even including what fun we could do with the food menu! With monthly specials and taste testing events, neighborhood seafood broils and the catering of others events! All of which would need to be promoted and that means putting feet to pavement and getting out there and mingling, spreading the word giving us plenty of reasons to interact with anyone at any time.

 

OTHER: Have you been feeling like all the eye candy is a little one sided? Feeling like the bare chests and masculine bodies on display are few and far between in comparison to all the flesh we put out for show all the time? Lavaue has more than its fair share of handsome hunks that can be bold and daring for one night, to show those magic mike bedroom moves! Need some hot lovin?
