PROPOSAL BY: Randalph Resident

GROUP NAME: The Pie Hole

TYPE: Pizzeria

SLURL: Teleport

BACKSTORY: The plans I have for the business are pretty straight forward. I, for a long time wanted to be a chef in real life, so I think keep the menu constantly updated with new items is vital. I'd like to get some new and improved things on the menu other than just pizza. Even though it is meant to be for serving pizza, I think if we added some new, different things to the menu would could drive in even more customer. The idea is to do this, while making sure not to steer off course, away from the main theme which is that it's sole purpose is to sell pizza. I mainly want to do this because my character is only currently working at the Daily Grind, which is fine and dandy, but I think it would allow me to evolve my character if I were to run my own place and involve myself more with the community. Overall objective here is to improve the store, while also having the ability to improve my own roleplay and that of the community.

UNIQUE: Pizza, pizza, pizza. No, all joking aside, it would stand apart from existing establishments by focusing on trying to be the best we can be, in terms of attitude and morals. I find that too many places in Hathian are corrupt, which is fine, but it kind of becomes a downside when those people who prefer to do what is right are trying to fit in somewhere. So rather than sponsoring drug dealers or anything of the like, we would end up backing all that is good, perhaps by giving discounts and deals to authority types such as police officers, doctors, lawyers, etc.

EXP:For the most part I am very easy to get along with. I have myself a very clear understanding of the sim rules and have been around since the place has opened up. Besides that, my character is one of the 'nice' guys in Crack Den, which is hard to come by, but because of that I think most of my employee's wouldn't have any issues addressing me, weather it be on an IC or OOC level.

IDEAS:Well, i'm not entirely sure how well this idea may be, but i've been in many situations where I usually need to show people, or help them better understand sim rules. As such, I was thinking that perhaps during a quiet time in the neighbourhood, I may [ if allowed ] host and IC/Semi-OOC get together for any newcomes and anybody else who's interested in coming where I can help people try to improve their roleplaying/emoting abilities by giving them some tips and just telling them how something in particular is supposed to be done. Another thing I would like to do, is every now and again get in contact with a manager from another local shop and either move some stuff over there or vica-versa so that we could get to know eachother better and perhaps hold special deals to help one another out. For example, have daily grind post up inside the pie hole and give out free coffee with every purchase of a slice of pizza, etc.

OTHER:There isn't much else I can add, other than the fact that I have been interested in managing a shop within Crack Den for some time now and I think it's about time I finally took a stand to see how well things went. Worst case scenario, I pass on leadership to someone more worthy and come out of this with more knowledge of how things are run and with more RP experience!
