Slim Goodies Diner

BACKGROUND: If i were the new lead of Slim Goodies i would make sure that it were more alive!I would also make sure that it had a more welcoming feel and a completely new menu making the place fresher than ever! I have actually had a few ideas for some events , them including things like eating contests (there would be three - five contestants given a hell load of food and whoever eats all of the food the quickest would earn cash) I have then thought of more simple ideas like having 50% deals and making the place even cheaper! Yeah..who would have thought the cheapest place in Hathian could get cheaper. My character is a stern woman , but only gives people back what they give her , so she can be a really nice person. Shes good at listening and being a leader because of her ability to take criticism, listen to her staff yet make sure they're up to scratch. Staff would be given discounts off the food and their hard work noticed, giving them higher pay checks for good work.

UNIQUE: Like I mentioned above we will thrive to make Slim Goodies a very welcoming and calm place to have something to eat. On the other hand it will be a place full of life and excitement and all sorts of events to participate in and get the denizens excited.

EXPERIENCE: I have worked in many leadership positions before , having experience in both OOC leadership and IC leadership in multiple sims, Both being very important , I'm a very sociable and easy to talk to person OOC and IC shes just as friendly..most of the time.

IDEAS: I plan to make new staff (and current staff) more noticed and awarded for their hard work and dedication, I'm also going to put the majority of my time on second life at the diner , making sure that workers have an immersive feel of actually working in a diner and having a manager watching their back/ and praising them. For new players...we will engage them with a friendly atmosphere OOCly and making sure they don't feel much pressure (especially if they're not the best at roleplaying, we wont put pressure on them , along as they follow the rules.)

OTHER: I would want to do something that's not been done before and something which would attract a lot of people , I'm thinking of a pancake event! Were people can have free pancakes all day long along with any drink(s) they want , possibly with something more common like a karaoke.
